Hi, I’m Jane Kella, and Rooted Jane is a reflection of my ongoing journey toward feeling balanced, nourished, and well in my own body! What started as curiosity slowly became a lifestyle as I searched for gentler, more natural ways to support my health. Rooted in wellness, blooming with vitality has been my guiding philosophy since 2012, when I first began exploring holistic living in a deeper, more intentional way. Over the years, this path led me toward whole foods, herbal remedies, mindful routines, and a growing appreciation for the wisdom found in nature.
Much of my interest in natural remedies came from personal experience, particularly navigating gut health challenges and learning how deeply digestion, stress, and overall wellness are connected. Through trial, research, and patience, I discovered that small, consistent shifts often made the biggest difference. Listening to my body, simplifying ingredients, and choosing foods and remedies closer to their natural state helped me feel more grounded and resilient. These experiences shaped how I approach wellness today, not as something extreme or restrictive, but as something supportive and sustainable.
